DELIVERY

Online orders are delivered by Canada Post (expedited mail) or a courier service. A $8.00 shipping fee applies per order delivered within Canada.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been received. Orders are processed as soon as possible, usually the same or next business day. 

The shipping will take 1-8 business days depending on the location in Canada. Shipping time for US orders will be 5-8 business days. 

After you place your order for Canada you will receive an email confirmation with a parcel tracking number. Once your parcel is underway you can log-on to www.canadapost.com to follow your parcel to its destination. Unfortunately we cannot offer a tracking service for US orders at this time.

Did you know you can send your gift directly to the recipient’s address?

You will be asked for your billing address (for invoicing purposes) and a delivery address where you would like the parcel sent. This means you can have us wrap, pack and send your gift directly.

We also offer a hand written card service for gifts.

To include a gift card with your parcel, select the gift wrap option and send us your message for the card via the Contact Us link on the upper right of the page.
